A command maybe. AlaiaSkydrake • 3 yr. ago. go into the config file folder and look for "globalgamerules.cfg". Open if with a notepad and edit the "spawnradius" line from whatever number it is (I think it's 10000, can't remember) to 0 to eliminate the randomness of your spawns. Or you could find the classic bed or a waystone to set your spawn For the sake of preserving knowledge in case the above link goes dead, here are the contents of the link: Teleport an entity to the position set in a score What do you mean? Is it taking you to the old spawn-point? If you did the /setspawn you have to be in that group to use that spawn point.

Yes, it sets the spawn point, but it doesn's actually make an exact spawn point, but instead spawns you in a radius of 10. Many have tried to fix this, but many have failed at doing so as well. But, I have found the secrets of exact spawn points! Behold the command: /gamerule spawnRadius. A walk through on setting up a world spawn. U can't put a block over the spawn block or u will spawn on the roof

If you want a compass that is pointing towards a player, you use this command in a REPEAT, UNCONDITIONAL, ALWAYS ACTIVE command block "execute ~~~ setworldspawn ~~~". If you are using essentials, and have /setspawn set, it will automatically spawn new players (Never before joined) to that location. I think the reason it wasn't working for you, is because you have previously join the server, your server*, and so it will not teleport you to spawn, but rather your last location/coordinates before you logged off

hello, i've seen this question a lot before and i finally found an answer. when you do. /set worldspawnpoint it makes you spawn within 30 blocks from the desired point. if you want to spawn in a specific spot you need a repeating command block. you can get this by doing /give [username] minecraft:repeating_command_block. then place it and turn I want to make a adventure map, but the spawn is incorrect. I watched loads of videos, but cannot find something that works. Please help! .
