EDIT: Thanks for all the input. I ended up going with the NH-U12A as it's a cooler I've used in two previous builds and been really happy with. I think it's worth the $20 USD premium for the ease of use and peace of mind when it comes to compatibility. Especially with the NH-D15 successor being seemingly just around the corner.
